Quick 5 minute stress buster!

Anyone want to reduce stress really quickly? Try this!Ā 

 

Take a 5 minute break. Sit with your back straight, place your hands on your thighs palms facing up. Take a few really deep breaths. Take notice. Your palms are up, you are receptive. Receptive to what? Receptive to the field of light and information which surrounds you. Take a moment and think about one or two of the happiest moments in your life and breathe that excitement and joy in. Allow that sense of joy to fill your body and mind. Sit with it for a few minutes.

 

Finish by tapping the joy in. Tap lightly the spot in between your eyebrows for about 30 seconds and imagine you are locking in this immense feeling of joy. Take a deep breath and go on and enjoy your day.
